Offsite Integration.

Our off-site integration service takes the complexity out of installation. Instead of carrying out integration work on site, we complete the assembly, integration and testing in a controlled off-site environment before delivering the finished solution.

This approach allows us to manage the integration process from start to finish, ensuring components are correctly assembled, tested and ready for installation when they arrive on site. Integration services include parts and structures manufactured at our facility and parts purchased from approved vendors and delivered on site as required, offering great flexibility on complex infrastructural projects.

What Offsite Integration Delivers:

Our objective is simple: deliver as much of the work as possible before it reaches your site.

  • Less Disruption to Your Operation: Keep your production environment focused on your core business while we handle the integration work offsite.

  • Faster Installation: Receive a pre-integrated, tested solution that can be installed with minimal on-site work, reducing installation time and project delays.
  • Controlled Quality: Integration is carried out in a controlled environment by experienced personnel, allowing us to inspect, test and verify the complete assembly before delivery.
  • Lower On-Site Costs: Reduces the requirement for on-site labour, specialist equipment, supervision and coordination.

  • One Integrated Solution: We manage the integration process as a complete package, reducing the number of individual tasks and suppliers that need to be coordinated at your facility.
  • Tested Before Delivery: Where required, systems and assemblies can be functionally tested before they leave our facility, giving you greater confidence that everything is ready for installation.

Integrated delivery, sized to the contract.

Pre-assembled substation steelwork: Support structures, gantries, equipment supports and associated steel are fabricated and galvanized, then assembled into modules before dispatch. On-site erection and interface time are reduced to installation and connection.

Kitted overhead line structure sets: Complete structure sets – steelwork, fittings and fixings – are collated and packed as marked kits to the client’s structure schedule, ready for installation crews. Each kit is supplied to the applicable utility and contractor specifications.

Full modular units: Larger integrated assemblies are built and finished offsite for single-lift or minimal-assembly installation, moving the bulk of construction into a controlled environment.

Component Assembly.

Multi-component units assembled in the works rather than in the field: bolted assemblies made up and torqued to specification, sub-assemblies built to drawing, and fittings married to their steelwork before despatch. Assembly is carried out under the same ISO 9001:2015 system as fabrication, with dimensional and visual inspection before packing.

Kitting and Turnkey Supply.

Complete job packs configured the way the crew works: per pole number, tower number, circuit, span or substation bay. Every pack is picked, checked, labelled and manifested, with steelwork, fittings and fasteners together in one delivery. For framework programmes, call-off kits are held ready and released against the contractor’s schedule.

Fasteners and Standard Hardware.

The bolts, nuts, washers and standard hardware that complete every pack: supplied to specification, hot dip galvanized to EN ISO 10684 where threaded, and included in the kit so nothing is sourced separately or missing on site. Standard lines are held in volume; non-standard items are procured to programme.

Access Platforms, Walkways & Stairways.

Structural steel access platforms, walkways, stair and ladder systems for substation and industrial applications: fabricated to drawing under EN 1090 CE Execution Class 3, hot dip galvanized to EN ISO 1461:2022 on the same site, and supplied with fixings and fasteners as a complete package.

Fabricated, galvanized, and assembled without leaving the yard.

Fabrication, galvanizing, assembly and packing all run through the Cork facility. There is no transport between a fabricator, a galvanizer and an assembly shop, no third-party handoffs, and no gap in traceability: material certificates, galvanizing records and inspection records follow each item from steel to sealed pack. Factored fittings and fasteners within a kit are supplied to specification with the manufacturer’s certification and checked into the pack under the same system.
